“In the last week before Christmas, I realised that my cat Jack needed a repeat prescription of his twice-daily medication, which he has to be on for the rest of his life. I placed my order on the new website and received an acknowledgement immediately. With the postal strike in place, I did not expect to receive it until the New Year. To my delight (and Jack's) it arrived on Wednesday 28th December. Your customer service is excellent and I would like to say thank you and wish you all a very Happy New Year.”

“Getting my dogs allergy specific food delivered to my door couldn't be easier. To start with it is considerably cheaper than getting from my vet. I have now set up a monthly order via direct debit. I am informed each month the order is due, giving me the option to cancel. The order arrives within about four days free of charge. Really pleased with this service.”
