Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“This was my first order from Direct4Pet.co.uk/Black Cat Medicines and I have to praise them for the amazingly easy ordering process. The item I required was in stock and available in the quantity I needed and the product description and usage info was clearly written. The check out process offered a number of payment methods and my chosen one was amongst them which cheered my heart. The offer of free delivery for those not needing expedited delivery was a real bonus and normally quite difficult to find these days. The sale went through without a hitch and the confirmation email and further updates have been received promptly and efficiently. Without a moment's hesitation I recommend this site for their excellent service throughout especially as they are more than willing to receive (via email) communication from the buyer regarding their order(s). I feel certain that I will most certainly buy from them again because they have proved themselves to be an excellent company. I love the name Black Cat too (by the way), being owned by a black and white cat myself. Well done all at Direct4Pet. “I urgently needed liver support for my poorly cat as he won't take another product the vet suggested. I ordered on Thursday and paid a premium for Amazon next day delivery. On Saturday night it had still not been dispatched. Now it's 11:15pm Monday and I still have not received my order despite the tracking saying it was arriving today. Dreadful service for a company supplying something as important as pet medication. Why offer fast delivery options if you can't fulfil? Definitely won't be using again.”
