“The item I wanted was easy to get by entering the parameters of what I needed, it’s the best way to go, know what you want 1st. I called before making my purchase but my reasoning to the agent was confounding, understanding your equipment and their limitations. They may not understand what and why you want specific part, if they have it grab it and test it.”

Hi John, Thank you for the feedback and the idea! We are in the process of adding 'castor packs' to make this a little easier and our individual products now also link to corresponding products that may be useful. Hope this helps but feel free to give us a call if you need any assistance. Thanks again!

“Reasonable prices, fast - if expensive - shipping. The castors supplied seem to be high quality, with ball bearings/cups on both axles, pivoting and rolling smoothly. Time will tell re: durability.”
