“I purchased 2 furniture items from the AVON range, and some accessories for the same No problem with ordering (once they had stock), and delivery time was good (under a week). One criticism, my order was split between two couriers (one for furniture and one for accessories). I understand the reasons for this, however nothing in the ordering emails made this clear so I was left thinking my accessories had been lost or forgotten when the furniture arrived. If I'd have know that, I wouldn't have wasted time trying to call the store. Aside of that, it arrived well packaged and damage free. Assembly instructions marginally better than Ikea and the end result is excellent. Overall- recommended”

“Brought a chest of drawers, very sturdy which is what I needed but the only down fall is that the drawers runners wouldn’t go together. If they did they would only close half way. Managed to get help elsewhere and managed to fix it for me.”

“The desk I bought is nice but came with no instructions so i could not build it properly. The chair I bought does not lift as high as advertised so I cannot properly reach the desk- this is already causing me arm pain. I tried to call customer service several times to no answer.
