“Once put together very nice ottoman bed.Had to wait 3days for the bed to go down.”

“Quick delivery (though slightly confusing as we ordered just before a bank holiday). Product is ideal and was £50 cheaper than anywhere else we looked. Unfortunately, when it arrived we were missing a bolt but I got in contact with customer service and replacements were sent out the same day arriving the next morning.”

“Excellent delivery service, advised the order would take 3 weeks to be delivered, it arrived in 3 days!! Recieved call as advised from delivery man 30 minutes before arrival. Well packaged, very good quality and ok to assemble. Only small issue is double bed frame is slightly bigger than my double mattress. In all very happy with my new bed. Thank you.”

“Fast delivery easy ordering only criticism is the screws etc had become loose and took awhile to organise. Maybe stronger and separate packaging? Also instructions were not particularly easy to follow but luckily I had help from someone who knew what he was doing.”

“Good quality furniture but the 4piece bedroom suite left out vital information regarding the wardrobe interior ie 2/3 was standard wardrobe hanging 1/3 was divided into two hanging spaces -all hanging spaces were not very big enough.”
