“I wasn't thrilled with my unit. The front of the drawer came off and the bottom fell out on the second day of use. I have re-inforsed it and used glue to hold it, but the whole thing doesn't seem to fit in line so it looks a bit rubbish. I wish I had spent a bit more and got something better, but the reviews online were quite good so I bought it.”

“I bought a 'deuxe' shoe cabinet expecting it to be decent quality however the panels split on screwing together and one of the drawers has completely fallen apart after only 5 days.... terrible.”

“I actually had a bad experience with this company. Ordered a piece of furniture for a present. Didn't receive the next day delivery had to call them, they then arrange for delivery again. The day after I rang as I still didn't recieve it & it was collected by a stranger. A lot of trouble with the delivery company. During this time the people at customer service was great helping them to find out my refund wasn't put through when they received back the item from yodel. I had to call the company several times. Only response I've had from them was for a review.”

“Problems purchasing online when your system would accept any of our credit or debit cards. Waied 24hrs and the problem had been resolved. Good customer service on the phone. Items slightli damaged on arrival but also one piecce missing and two additional pices included that did not fit the item purchased.”
