“Came across Big Furniture Warehouse, while looking for a bathroom cupboard I order a great looking cupboard that was absolutely ideal for the small space I had in my little bathroom. They delivered exactly when expected, the package was undamaged. The cupboard was easy to put together stylish and sturdy. It has enhanced the look of my bathroom, giving me far more space as all the things i had on the under sink shelving looked untidy and cluttered. I am really happy with my purchase, and would willingly order again from this company, and gladly recommend them.”

“After reading various reviews about BFW on here and on other review sites I got a little concerned after ordering my piece of furniture having never ordered with them before but I'm so happy to say I was proved completely wrong! The order/delivery communication was great from Lisa in customer services and the product, packaging, and delivery couldn't have been better. You do have to wait in for the delivery as there isn't a 2 or 4 hour slot, it is more like 8am - 8pm but I was off anyway so didn't mind. The product is great value for money too so overall I'm really pleased and relieved as some of the reviews did slightly panic me - will definitely order again!!”
