“Furniture came panels damaged, holes missing. The damaged parts on the wardrobe parts were seen before building but I had booked a handyman to build these as I live on my own with my young baby, so I was having to pay him either way so he built them in the hope the damaged parts would be hidden. They weren’t, so I then wrote to say the were damaged. The holes in the chest of drawers were only noticed missing when coming to the end of building the drawers. It’s the very last parts. So was offered replacement panels on the wardrobe, how was going to fit these without another expense of a handyman ?? So I declined. They then said to dismantle and return. No mention of the chest of drawers again and yet another expense for me hiring someone to dismantle. They then offered 10% off which is £29.99 off 299.99 paid ? No thnaks. I asked for £100 and said I would keep furniture. They then came back with offer of 20% and said that was the highest they could go. Took it and will have to resign to the fact that k have dodgy furniture. Pathetic customer service really. But what can I do. Just not use them again.”

“I purchased a bistro table and chair set, and a bench. One of the bench legs was cracked, so I informed B F W. They sent a replacement leg within a couple of days. So I am very happy with their customer service department. I can't really comment on bistro set and bench, as we've only had it for a few days. But it does look really good, and quite comfortable to sit on.”

“Very poor quality. Wood chipped, black marks all over the grey wood. Very sub standard. Didn't think I was going to receive my cabinet. The local courier kept sending it back to the main depot because it was too heavy!! When eventually I did receive it, the courier said he was only allowed to deliver parcels up to 15kg, mine was 15.1kg. He was fed up of it going back to the main depot & said to his boss how he would deliver it as he passed my door very often. I would have sent it back & I should have but there was so many problems getting the item, I don't want the stress of sending it back & then having the same problem with another one. Not a happy customer.”

Hello Sheila, Thank you for your review, I'm sorry to hear your item has arrived damaged, please accept our apologies for this, we understand this isn't acceptable at all, Our customer service team have tried reaching out to you on the 13th of June to get this matter resolved but unfortunately we have received no response. In regards to the issue with the delivery company, I do apologise for this, I'm not too sure why there was an issue sending this item out as we have shipped multiple of these units with Evri and it has never been a problem before. We have however raised this with the depot as this caused an unnecessary delay. Once again we're really sorry for any disappointment and inconvenience this may have caused. Good Afternoon Dejan, Thank you for your feedback, We're sorry you feel this way, the item you purchased is a 2 box item, this is also stated on the outer packaging showing box 1 of 2 and box 2 of 2, I do apologise for any confusion caused here. The parts you believe were missing will be in the other box. As this is a 2 box item, they have individual labels with different consignments, due to this it can sometimes result in the boxes being delivered separately depending on whether these reach the delivery depot at different times.
