“Very impressed by the prices, but I wasn't expecting amazing quality for what I paid,but was very pleasantly surprised when the boxes arrived and they were so heavy, instructions to put together were OK,but the furniture is of high quality, will definitely use again”

“Ladder shelf arrived in good time but unfortunately we just unpacked it to discover damage. Very disappointing. The shelf has a fairly big chip out of it.”

“I ordered 6 items 1 of which has the 2 incorrect parts. I’ve emailed customer service but apparently it could take up to 48 hours for a response, not good enough I’m afraid. There is no contact number to speak to a human being! Very frustrating!”
