“surprisingly good quality shoe bench and considerably cheaper than the competition, very quick delivery too. Assembly instructions could be a little clearer so proceeding slowly and carefully is recommended. Overall excellent purchase, thank you.”

“As flatpacks go it is not too bad. the instructions do need careful looking at especially as two consecutive illustrations ar 180 degrees differently orientated. suggest that two people make the job easier. I takes more that the thirty minutes suggested for a novice.”

“If there was a 0 I would have chosen that. I have never received my item and am arguing regarding a refund. BFW and courier say it’s showing as delivered and are not prepared to assist me any further. I am without my goods and out of pocket regarding the money paid to them in good faith. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! I AM SO ANGRY WORDS FAIL ME😡 Can’t obviously answer all the questions below as item never received!”
