“We've had our Bibo Classic for nearly nine years and it has been an excellent machine. It has never let us down and it must have made hundred of thousand drinks in that time. Maintenance is straightforward and supplies always arrive on time. A great product! Thanks Bibo!”

“You don’t think you need one, but once you have one you really miss it when you can’t use it! It’s lovely having cold filtered water on tap and hot water ready to use at the press of a button. I would definitely replace it with another. The customer service and engineers are excellent. Instructions are always included with parts and phone assistance is available during working hours…and they know their stuff. We have had a few issues but these have been sorted out.”

“My principal test of a piece of equipment is ‘would I replace it if necessary?’ In the case of my Bibo, yes, no hesitation. I’ve just got used to taking instant hot water and lovely chilled cold water for granted. Fingers crossed I will get a few more years from it, especially since I learned my lesson of the importance of regular descaling.”

“We have used the BIBO water now for around 3 years and we wouldn’t go back. Our tap water has a very distinctive taste to it and quite often can taste of chemicals, it was this that made us start to buy bottled water for our cold drinks. We then looked at BIBO’s water machines and decided to give it a try. The installation was easy and totally mess free, there are no unsightly pipes or cables that run from the machine and the machine looks stylish in the kitchen. Changing the filters is easy and BIBO even tell you when you need to do that so you don’t have any issues with ongoing maintenance. We have hot and cold filtered water all ready at the touch of a button, there is no need to wait for the water to warm up ready for a hot drink or to cool down, the water in the BIBO is temperature controlled. A great addition to our household and as I say, we would not go back to being without it.”

“I have had my Bibo for many years and find it excellent. In all these years only one small technical issue which I was easily able to fix myself with a new part sent from Bibo and clear instructions from them as to how to fit. Good service.”

“Had our Bibo machine for around a year and a half now. From the first contact with Bibo we have nothing but 5* customer service, from ordering, delivery and installation The machine is stylish and fits into the Kitchen Decor very well. Water quality is excellent and to have both hot and cold water on tap all of the time is very welcome as we have shift workers in the house. This combines well with excellent energy saving features on the machine. All contact and deliveries of replacement and maintenance items has been right on time as advertised. Would highly recommend Bibo and we have never regretted our choice for one minute. 😃”

“I've had my Bibo Classic for quite a few years now. It has been excellent over this time and have had no real issues with it. I love the convenience of cold filtered and hot water on tap. Installation is straightforward and is easily acheived by yourself. Replacement cartridges and UV Lamps are a little expensive but well worth it for the quality of water they supply and the convenience.”

“Although we have had the dispenser for less than a week, I plumbed it in at the weekend and when I switched it on, a message came up with “filter removed” so I checked out the filter and there it was. I removed it and replaced it making sure it was tightly replaced. Switched it off and on again and went through the same process several times and waited til today to ring them as the message remained on the screen. As we had lost our previous water filter to fit this one, we had no filtered water so I requested either a replacement sent immediately or a maintenance operative coming as I have three children who I don’t wish them to drink unfiltered water. All I was just offered was someone taking three to five days before they came. Is it not reasonable that after spending a considerable amount on a product, it is expected to work or it gets sorted straight away? I requested the maintenance department contact me straight away but still haven’t received a call after 6 hours - and when I ring the company, which I have done several times since, for some peculiar reason the call is not picked up…”

“We could not be more delighted with our purchase of the BIBO classic. It’s sleek, neat, easy to operate and simple to self install. Delivery was next day by courier and was followed up by a phone call to tell us about the extended warranty which is a no brainer at the price. We have signed up to the 6 months filter/cleaner/uv package as it takes away having to remember! We are looking forward to many years of usage.”

“Firstly the customer service has been brilliant! Friendly, helpful and informative. The installer was also friendly! The Bibo machine itself is incredible quality and super easy to use. I love the chilled filtered water and my partner is making good use of the instant hot water. Amazing service, amazing product! What’s not to love?!”

“We wanted something for our new offices that provided clean hot and cold water on demand that looked elegant within the space, and the Bibo classic certainly doesn't disappoint. Self-installation took about 20 minutes and was simple to do. It was also really nice to see a company take so much pride in their service from order to delivery, packaging and presentation. Really nice experience.”
