“Fantastic service on the phone from Mim and. the guy who installed the BIBO. He was able to install even though it was a tricky route for him. He got it up and running and showed me all the workings. Great service. Very happy with the BIBO.”

“I’ve reviewed this before, but we have the Bibo fizzy water maker and couldn’t be happier! It’s so easy to use, makes great fizzy water (not too many bubbles, not too few, and just the right size!) and saves me lugging heavy bottles back from the shop and saves on all that plastic. We also love that it doesn’t need electricity.”

“My parents saw bibo at a building show and decided to try one before getting one for me. I am disabled and unable to lift a kettle, so as my parents were so impressed with theirs, they decided to get me one for my birthday, best birthday present. I’m glad I waited as they did purple. Filtered water is needed in the area we live in also in hot weather it’s brilliant to grab a drink of water.”

“Bibo Water has changed my life! I’ve completely stopped buying bottled water and rely entirely on Bibo carbonated water. I love how easy the cylinders are to change, and how simple the machine is to use. So glad I bought one!”

“Very pleased with my Bibo. I drink a lot more cold water, which I always found difficult, and feel better for it. I would like a simpler method of using an energy saving mode, as I am on my own and only make hot drinks three or four times a day, I would be happy to wait a couple of minutes for the hot water to reheat. I am a bit concerned about energy conservation and cost, though the ease of use is great.”

“Order placed for filter and cleaning pack on 17th June. Still not received on 1st July inspire of chasing by email and phone. Very disappointed with customer service.”

“Excellent service and nice tasting water! My only complaint is that I wished I did not have to remove that piece where the cup rests every time I want to fill my water bottle (which is very often ;) ). Other than that I am very happy.”
