“A fantastic additional to our home that has completely transformed our water drinking habits! The little ones absolutely love our classic and no longer ask for fizzy drinks, which I never thought I would say. Not only does the water taste great, but the machine looks lovely and we are often asked about it by friends and family. I should also mention the brilliant customer service team and the super-efficient installation, which were both brilliant. Would highly recommend.”

“Wonderful to have hot or cold water at the press of a button. Great help for arthritic hands that have difficulty lifting a kettle. Find replacing drip tray tricky.”

“Our Bibo is amazing, fresh, clear, fabulous tasting water at a touch of a button. We recently had a problem with the water tank (we have had the Bibo for a few years now), customer service was exceptional, genuinely the best experience I've ever had (Thanks to Mim Donoghue!) was helped through every step of the way and we are now back up and running. Great machine, great service, great tasting water, couldn't be happier.”

“I have had my classic for 4-5 years and its the best thing I have bought, the water is clearer and better tasting than ordinary tap water, not having to boil water every time I make a cup of tea or coffee is a plus as it is always hot, when guests arrive there is no waiting for the kettle. The chilled water is just right for cool drinks in the hot summer (when we get one).”

“Had our Bibo for a few years now. Love the convenience of instant hot water for drinks, cooking and warming pasta bowls. The cold, filtered water makes drinking the suggested 2 litres a day much more enjoyable! The service from Bibo has always been excellent and the customer service has been prompt and friendly.”

“We love our Bibo water and enjoy crystal clear, clean water whether chilled, boiled or ambient temperature with no chlorine taste - so convenient! I chose a Bibo over a boiling water tap when we had a new kitchen and have not regretted it! Cost effective as cheaper to run than a kettle, especially when some family members 'filled' the kettle and forgot to use filtered water (ugh!)! The machine reminds you when it needs the tank cleaning and a new filter (six monthly) and a replacement ultra violet lamp (yearly) and the maintenance is easy to carry out with the Bibo instruction booklet. The Bibo staff are very efficient, friendly and helpful if you need advice and their delivery service for replacement filters, etc., is excellent! One very happy customer, thank you!”
