“we love having quick access to filtered chilled and hot water. Our kitchen and living area is open plan and boiling the kettle was always a noisy process.....don't miss the noise or the steam. I was surprised how easy the bibo was to install, especially as my husband had never done anything like this before.”

“Just had my Bibo installed in my kitchen showroom, and the fitter was very nice and friendly and did a very neat job. It's great having lovely fresh water at a press of a botton. highly recommend.”

“Great product, boiling water on tap along with ice cold water, refreshing for the hot summer. Yes filters are costly but it's comparative to a fridge door type filter cost over a year.”

Hi Paul, thank you for the great feedback. Our BIBO filters work out at about 20p a day which is definitely comparative, if not cheaper than other filters!

“Recently had a new hot water tank and panel replaced by the excellent technician Carl. He is a credit to the company and I am a very satisfied customer. Carl is extremely thorough and very skilled. He is very patient and has an awesome knowledge about the excellent BIBO product. Thank you.”

“We love our BIBO water. Not only does the water taste lovely, and is delivered at any temperature you wish for, it is also delivered stylishly. Guests are always impressed - oooh what is that ! They exclaim excitedly. We have had it around 4 years now. It has worked perfectly since installation and it gets plenty use. It had a few drips initially but you sorted that for us & were very helpful. Thank you x”

“I've had mine for nearly 5 years, I would struggle without it and am now used to its 'issues' . I seem to need a tank clean between 6-9 months (as they recommend) and Ive had the tank replaced after 4 years which I guess avoided the need to buy a new one or look elsewhere at the competition. Customer Service has always been helpful and keen. I didn't expect have to replace the tank and of course there's no warranty for that but the product is so good I accept the way it is. I think the design could be less clunky and know of one friend that will not buy one because of the footprint on the counter. Despite all this the resulting water and customer service deserves a 5* and I'll stand by that.”

“Professional personnel. Installed by Carl Upton , who has unbelievable patience. Tea has never tasted better, and I've even started drinking cold water !! Costly, but not a decision regretted. Excellent product.”
