“Beautiful rings at a fantastic price! We ordered rings that turned out to be the wrong size. The returns and resend process was superb (we actually had to change twice) with phenomenal customer service. I have been blown away by every aspect of dealing with Best To Have and we're both looking forward to wearing our beautiful wedding rings for a long time! Highly recommend”

“We liked the rings however the woman's size wasn't a right fit. I have been in touch with the Best to Have team to see if they have any stock of a larger size. However, the response time is quite disappointing not to mention no contact number to speak with anyone. Comms need improving! Not a very good customer experience to be honest!”

“Got my delivery on time and safely. Items look good and decent quality… the girlfriend/fiancé is happy, that is what matters most. Not giving 5 stars though, that is for exceptional service only. I would say reached very good, it was too straight forward for exceptional”
