We have checked the tracking and can confirm that your order was dispatched promptly using Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day. Royal Mail attempted delivery twice, on 17 September and again on 19 September, but unfortunately there was no answer at the delivery address. The tracking currently shows that your parcel is available for redelivery or collection. We kindly recommend arranging a redelivery directly with Royal Mail. “Couldn’t be happier with my ring . However my husbands ring is a little snug and I had them engraved so I can’t return it . So disappointed , I had a little ceremony for two worked out and I failed miserably!”

“Found this company on Facebook, and decided to order a ring. Before ordering I went to a high street jewellers to check my size. I then ordered which was very easy, and within 3 days the ring was delivered. Had emails to confirm the status of the order. Extremely happy with the ring, looks fantastic and fits perfectly. Might even buy another ! Would highly recommend.”
