“Measuring guide didn’t work both rings came to big, after sales has been none existent I have sent 5 emails but yet to receive a reply on how to exchange rings, very disappointed”

“First time using best to have and received my jewellery which is beautiful unfortunately due to my own mistake the ring i purchased does not fit me however spoke to a lovely customer service advisor and they were extremely helpful and even sent me a email with the steps moving forwards will definitely be ordering again”
