I bought a ring which is fine but the company charged me the full amount for the item but also did payment over 3 months so in actual fact I was paying twice for the item. When I tried to sort the problem nothing was resolved and I was told that everything was as it should be so I’m still paying twice I do not recommend this company their customer service is terrible

As mentioned in our previous communication, we do not handle or manage “Pay in 3” payment agreements—this service is managed entirely by PayPal. After reviewing your order, we can confirm that we have only received one payment for this item. If PayPal has processed an additional instalment, we recommend contacting them directly for further clarification. If you would like to return the item for a full refund, you are very welcome to do so. Still waiting to see where my package is. When I ordered i received NO confirmation email or any kind of correspondence regarding order, dispatch and delivery.

I have yet to receive my purchase. It was a gift for my husband for Christmas. It was supposed to arrive on the 21st December. It is the 28th today and there is still no sign of it.

Please note that all international orders are sent with recorded delivery and, as stated on our delivery page, can take 7 to 14 working days/business days to arrive. However, this timeframe may sometimes be extended due to customs clearance or the increased volume of shipments during the holiday. We can confirm that your package has now left the Overseas International Logistics Centre. You should be receiving it very soon.

Not happy with the service the rings don't fit I had to pay neay 9.00 pounds to return it , I should used other sites returning the item is free.

Purchased on 18th May for my wedding 28th July. Completely ruined and tarnished after 5 months of normal wear, ring is not worn at work either. No excuse for this to have happened, poor quality.

I made a purchase & when the product arrived (it was satisfactory) I received an email stating I would receive a free gift if I spent £40. I was going to purchase a ring for £52, but because the ring had been discounted down from £65, so I was not entitled to the free gift ! Needless to say i purchased a ring from elsewhere. Very misleading & a bit of a Con !

Don’t order!!!!!! If you don’t want something they don’t even reply to you!! I’ve messaged 3 times to try and return something and they don’t reply! I’ll be pulling my money back from the bank and reporting as a dodgy company!!!

After messaging best to have about a ring I got last week it’s come and one of the stones is discoloured I’ve had no reply back, poor customer service
