Very dissatisfied, we brought a thumb ring for my wife, after a few days the rose gold has come of leaving a silver colour. I have emailed you and am still awaiting your response

Don’t order!!!!!! If you don’t want something they don’t even reply to you!! I’ve messaged 3 times to try and return something and they don’t reply! I’ll be pulling my money back from the bank and reporting as a dodgy company!!!

After messaging best to have about a ring I got last week it’s come and one of the stones is discoloured I’ve had no reply back, poor customer service

I haven’t received my items or confirmation of them even being ordered but the money has been taken and no one is responding to my emails.

Don’t use them. They do not answer emails about products. I’m still waiting for a reply 2 weeks later. You call them & they can’t take your call. The product I paid for didn’t turn up. They are beyond rude & unhelpful. They are using covid19 as an excuse

Poor customer service And lack of communication when dealing with a missing item. I received an email on Tuesday 28th April promising an update within 24 hours it is now friday 1st May and still I have no update. Item was ordered on 18th April and payment has been taken but I still do not know where my goods are. Very disappointing!!
