“Beds very hard , doors do not have secure locks on them . There was lots of noise coming from other guests and the response was what can they do . Walls are very thin can hear everything and bathroom not great, no shower gel on first night and didn’t get it replaced.”

“Ordered a ring from best to have, postage and packaging all good, opened ring to find it had an our price label on for half the price they charged me! And the sizing was a bit large! I have returned the item because of this! So I will see how there returns are🤔”
