“I have used BES for years now. They have a great website, orders are easy and delivered promptly. But most of all, the staff make this company. They are brilliant. Helpful, friendly and efficient, and always there on the phone if you need them. If only others companies were like this, the world would be a better place!”

“I have ordered many times from B.E.S and will continue to do so. They have good value products which are almost always in stock. I feel I must however mention the issue of occasionally damaged goods, which has been due to the sometimes poorly packed boxes. The boxes are packed out with the air filled plastic bags, which are very often deflated by the time my order arrives, meaning that the goods inside slide around and can become damaged. That said B.E.S are very quick to send out replacements. Sort this issue out and it would definitely be 5 Stars.”

“Goods sent as requested. Now buried underground never to be seen again! Staff very helpful. Only problem was with courier (Tufnells) who managed to lose the item for 2 days in spite of it being 5ft across and weighing 56 kilograms. But all right in the end.”
