“Ordering and delivery were second to none. The wire colour quoted on the diagram and that on the cover label are different. A brown wire mentioned is not there. My concern though is that the motor remains energized after the program is shut down if either circuit is calling at this time. Switching the power off at mains for 30 seconds will clear all latches but this is a poor design that contribute to high temperature and no doubt will shorten the life of the unit.”

“First time I had ordered from BES and due to paying by PayPal my order wasn’t dispatched as promised (email validation was sat in my junk mail) I needed the order urgently for a customer so they made me pay £5 to post out next day! As I hadn’t received the order due to their policies I thought they should have wavered the extra charge. Won’t order from again due to this.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Our IT team looked into the point you raise and are puzzled slightly. Your Order Confirmation, Dispatch and Invoice emails were all sent as per normal. It may be that you have two email addresses as we do not have your hotmail address registered with BES as you originally registered with a BT email address. “Items I ordered arrived quickly, but quality not that good. Male BSP thread on PRV not sufficiently long to make a good seal and fitting leaked. Ended up cleaning up and re-using the one I was going to replace.”

“Somewhat disappointed but I did achieve my key objective of getting a very busy facility (pull-out kitchen tap) back into operation. I asked an initial question on the BES website but didn't receive a reply. I eventually decided to place an order due to the urgency of needing a solution. Delivery was swift. However, whilst the box and external packaging were dry, the contents were wet (with what seemed to be clean water, thankfully). There was sizeable imperfection in the chrome finish on the spray head but, as I needed an immediate solution, I decided to live with this.”

“Website is excellent as is the catalogue. I take issue with the next day delivery as UPS can't deliver to my location end to end and I have to wait three days! Screwfix use Royal mail and can offer nation wide next day including very remote islands where I have been working. Please look at this or our engagement will be short lived.”

“Very good service from BES, who followed up on clarifying a partial address and shipped in good time and with accuracy. Less encouraging service from their courier, who left my parcel in the refuse bin outside my house rather than at the door!”
