“I payed for per 10am delivery, the item didn’t turn up. I rang the office to be told I will be with me by 12.30 so I got two of my guys to drive to the job to be told at 2oclock the brackets would not be delvered that day by quite a rude person on the phone. This issue has cost me £500. I wanted to make an official complaint and was told I would be rang back by a manager and still have not had a call.”

“The product was good and the firm dispatched the goods on time. However the courier that they chose to use let them down. Delivery was due on Tuesday but was not delivered until late afternoon on Wednesday.”

“Ordered the bare alpha crimper as it takes makita batteries and I already have them. I wasn't expecting much because of how cheap it is but I am very pleased with it. I have used many other crimper and it may not be as good as the novopress but for the price it is very good”

“Purchased an analyser for next day delivery for it not to come the next day . Then when I rang BES up I simply asked when I would receive my analyser they told me it would 2 days later which was a problem when you start to book jobs in . Obviously it didn’t arrive to days later and I rang again to only told my analyser would be in 3 weeks time due to stock allocations. None of the above was mentioned on the website or on the second phone call. So if you need a analyser sharpish to keep your work loads sorted i would go elsewhere it’s cost me money and a whole bunch of headache of angry customers”

“after buying a toilet seat from another company and finding it didnt fit even though supposed to be universal i found Bes . Thank goodness i did, the seat is a really good quality and the fitting was genuinely simple. it doesnt shift around and is slow closing. I recommend this company , quick service and perfect product.”
