“Bought a replacement electric box door to replace my broken one. Dispatched very quickly. Once I had removed the old door the other was very easy to fit. An easy 5 minute job. I would definitely buy from BES again.”

“I ordered ~£5 worth of goods from BES, items I couldn't get locally. They were competitively priced, delivered ahead of schedule (not necessarily a good thing!) and were exactly what I was wanting. I would buy from BES again. My only gripe is that as a DIYer I don't usually want a lot of plumbing gear and the shipping costs for small orders would make me tend to go elsewhere.”

“The item was exactly what I ordered but UPS made no effort to deliver to my home address but left it at a UPS collection point. I specifically added delivery instructions on my order which were ignored.”
