“Great price and very fast delivery. Motorised valve and hose was ordered after 4pm in the afternoon and arrived at the Click and collect point the following morning. Excellent service.”

“the parts came on time and good packaging . However , i did request to not have the brochure sent . Its obvious I use the internet. Not only did i receive a brochure in the parcel another was sent . this is a waste of paper and printing ink both of which can be harmful to the enviroment .”

“The product arrived bent in collasped packaging which was also wet. I have to spend a lot of time trying to straighten it. Very disapointed.”

“Website, service and product were all fine, but the amount of packaging was ridiculous - a large box to deliver two screws and plugs. Turns out they'd lobbed in a thick catalogue and other bits of paper. No wonder I had to pay a fiver for delivery.”
