Many thanks for your message. We tried to call you but was unable to speak with you. As your order was placed on the Saturday the order does not leave us until Monday. We can see your goods were delivered on the Tuesday and your pre 10.30 carriage charge has being refunded as it was delivered at 11.05. Best wishes. BES.
