“Easy to use website. Good prices. Unfortunately delivery was a let down. Due Monday....didn't arrive.....phoned BES customer service....will be delivered Tuesday.......not arrived by 1500hrs Tuesday....phoned again.....told delivered to collection point!!! I drove to collection point and collected item myself.”

“BES were recommended to me by my Worcester Bosch heating engineer, and he was right to do so. I easily found the product I wanted; the price was good; and the speed of delivery was excellent. The web site gets a little messy around the invoice and delivery addresses, hindered because not all the address lines are displayed at the checking stage.”
