Thank you for your feedback. Apologies for not receiving the ordered item but these are currently out of stock and this would of been advised at point of ordering on the internet. “My customer's heating programmer had developed a switching fault. My customer wanted to replace it with the same programmer and used my smartphone to search for one. Almost immediately found a direct like for like replacement on BES website. Ordered it there and then. Programmer arrived the following day fitted it for customer and working as expected. All good and thanks BES. 👍”
