“BES were the cheapest place I could find selling a replacement Drayton digital thermostat, so I was a little suspicious about quality & service. But the item was perfect, arrived in good time and I only had to pay after I was invoiced, fantastic.”

“I was very impressed with the whole BES experience. The ordering stage was simple and easy to do, an acknowledgement arrived very quickly swiftly followed by another giving the next day delivery date. The goods were delivered before 9.00am. I would not hesitate to heartily recommend BES and will be using them again.”

“Brought a new door for our gas meter. It arrived next day and fits perfectly! The website was very well laid out and I particularly found the customer Q&A helpful when deciding what door I needed.
