“I bought a 3m length of 12mm copper tube. The price was the best on line as far as I could find and was about a third of the price of anything on ebay. It was delivered quickly and well packaged. I will definitely be using them again. I'm not a lover of constantly being begged for feedback everytime I buy something on the net but in this case I think it's worth the effort as credit where credit is due. Many thanks BES”

“Ordered some items recently but on arrival weren't as the website illustration. On receipt of my email BES responded very promptly & refunded all costs, didn't even ask for a return. Great service.”

“Product as expected. Price was acceptable. Delivery by UPS was appalling. Was informed by email of delivery day. Lost a days work waiting for package that turned up a day later”

“First order sent was incorrect, however, BES made good and sent the correct item the next day. Item received fit perfect, no problems. The way to tell if a company has good customer service is reflected in how quickly and efficiently it puts things right, and I can't fault them for it as they exceeded my expectations.”
