“Quick efficient service at a reasonable price. The only problem was the main item I wanted was not sent (presumably out of stock) and I only found out when the rest of the order was received. With no indication on when to expect it.”

“Ordered a replacement meter cupboard door. I found a quick search on your site provided me with the item I needed with all the data and specifications required. Couldn't have been easier. As was the ordering process and checkout with several payment options provided. I received a notification of receipt of order and there were updates as per each stage of the order fulfillment. Delivery was excellent with a turn around time from order to receipt and tracking provided in less than 36 hours. Excellent customer service.”

“UPS could not find the address so left the parcel at a tanning studio but we were not informed. We did not find out until I called 4 days later to chase it. This is not good enough.”
