“Always has just the item I need, at the best price and speedy dispatch - just need to keep an eye on the courier. I had to contact UPS after a no-show on the advised delivery day. They delivered the next day though.”

“The courier delivery, or rather lack of, spoilt what would have been an excellent service from BES. UPS, came and went 3 times to deliver a tiny latch. The first time, apparently no-one was in, although we were. Then they couldn't find the address, although they had been there the day before and finally, it took a call to BES to sort out the UPS delivery schedule. I Strongly suggest BES finds a more efficient courier!! From the customers point of view, it was irritating and frustrating and leads me to think twice about using BES again. KP 21/10/18”

“Needed a one of purchased of some small bore gas fittings for a motorhome BBQ. point. I bought two sets because they were cheap compared to the cost of next day delivery. Delivery cost is very reasonable. no complaints about that. They turned up in an A4 box with a complimentary catalogue, the items would easily have fittted in a jiffy bag. Can I suggest a tick box for "would you like a catalogue?" for small items. BBQ fixed thankyou”
