“Wide range of stock, very rarely item are not in stock, prices are good. The website site is slow and it is very easy to think you have added to your basket, but you have not as you add another part number it does not add it.”

“service from bes was good although the fan that i had ordered took longer to arrive than it was supposed to. however the fan was in a poor state, there was excess flash on the louvers which needed trimming of to work correctly the louverer return spring was incorrectly placed and the return spring fitted to the actuator was too long stopping the actuator from working,”

“Good product at a good price delivered promptly - only niggle was the high postage and packing charge and the fact that a tiny component came in a big box, due probably to the fact that a big paper catalogue was included (which I don't want or need, as I'd always use the website).”
