“Good range of products, a good website to find them and they arrived well packed. Mostly really good value, too. Pity the products didn't seem to have been registered with the courier until the day that I'd chosen for delivery. So they arrived a day late. Perhaps the software should take better notice of staff shortages.”

“Submitted my first order and everything was deliver exactly on time. Prices were really good and saved myself 50 quid compared to Toolstation which I generally use. Order was 100 percent correct so totally pleased.”

“I bought a few push fit waste fittings and thought that one of the items I had been sent was not what I’d ordered. To cut a long story short, I had ordered the wrong item and Customer Services couldn’t have been more helpful. I was sent the correct item at no extra cost. Superb service!”
