Upon investigation we note that your order was placed on the 26th and Royal Mail have provided us with a photo POD showing that your goods were delivered successfully on 27th. “I have ordered many times from BES as they always have what I want at reasonable prices. This week I ordered a couple of flow reducing isolation valves and, as usual, they arrived the next day. I was waiting on them for a job and opened the pack immediately. Shock horror, one was damaged. A quick phone call to Customer Services and a new one was in the post arriving 19 hours later. No fuss, no quibble, just great service. Excellent.”
