“Excellent service by BES themselves, can't fault. However, their courier company: Tuffnels has been a complete failure. Part of the delivery was delayed en-route and this resulted in a roll of pipe being delayed by over a week extra in the already long delivery schedule - in fact I still don't have the roll and is expected in the next 3 days. Plus the entire delivery has been treated very roughly with boxes squashed/damaged and wet.”

“Our carbon monoxide detector went on the blink at the weekend and I ordered the replacement straight away and it arrived on the Tuesday morning. Excellent service thank you so much, and thanks for the catalogue. I will be reordering when the smoke or heat detectors need replacing.”

“First time I have done business with this company. Very quick delivery of the product I ordered with good reviews that should fix the dreaded condensation pipe freeze on combo boilers. “I use the on line ordering service on a semi regular basis. I think over the last six months it has improved and the 'basket' section has become easier. I have never had a problem with the recieving of orders, and any queries have always been dealt with quickly. I would without doubt advise other businesses to use B.E.S.”
