“Good service. Everything went smoothly. Minor comment: As a consumer customer I didn't really need your chunky printed catalogue which was included in the parcel - I did not request it. Hopefully my central heating will now work trouble-free for a number of years and I won't need any more spare parts for a while!”

“I required a very obscure plumbing fitting, which I could not source. A search on BES took me straight to the item, and it was with me in 2 days. Brilliant Just one comment, the item would have fitted in a large letter. The post and packing was so that I could be sent a printed catalogue, at my expense, that in this day and age is not necssary.”

“One of the items that I ordered was delivered damaged and after a quick phone call a replacement was arranged for the next day. The items were exchanged with the courier with no problems, I really couldn't ask for anything more. The service and support was great. Thank you.”
