“Excellent service at good prices”

“Item was what I ordered and a good price. Infuriated to be sent massive box, huge glossy brochure and a tonne of bubble wrap/packaging to fill the box on account of the huge glossy brochure. BES could do a lot to help the environment by not carrying out this unnecessary, wasteful charade. Next day delivery took four days.”

“Fast and efficient service at a comparable price.- I did look elsewhere but was more confident of receiving goods of an acceptable quality from BES. In fact, the propane pigtails I ordered were of far better quality than the ones I replaced!”

“BES were the cheapest place I could find selling a replacement Drayton digital thermostat, so I was a little suspicious about quality & service. But the item was perfect, arrived in good time and I only had to pay after I was invoiced, fantastic.”
