“Saw this site when looking for some reasonably priced 2 port valves. Initially was sceptical as the listed items were a fraction of the price of others, but decided to give them a go as BES were getting good reviews for all products. Had a slight problem fitting the ports as the brass 22mm nuts from my old valves would not screw onto the new valves, either my previous valves or these new ones had non standard thread pitch. Cutting the old nuts and olives from the pipework and using the new fittings sorted the problem. Judging these new items against the old valves will be a test of time, but the quality of components look as good as the originals.”

“Great product and right price! BUT given the internet access to product range, I could have done without the book-sized catalogue - which was no doubt why the postage was over twice the cost of the product I bought!”

“Used BES for many years, a great supplier, decent prices and very prompt delivery. Sometimes fail to take notice of specified delivery date requirements and delivery earlier that required. But that is mostly not such a problem.”

“Overall I was happy with my order from BES but!!!! I ordered a gas hose on Thursday morning and paid for a "next working day" delivery, I waited in on Friday and tracked my delivery which the tracking said would be delivered before the end of the day!!! Unfortunately, late Thursday evening the tracking changed from being delivered that day to being delivered on MONDAY!!!!!! So I had waited in for nothing and had to wait another 3 days for my part!!!! I wasn't pleased!!!”

“Despite the fact that the air bleeder needle is a bit short; (had to use an O ring) it is working as intended! Shipping to Canada was relatively expensive though!”
