“I bought a 100mm ducting inlet valve for my bathroom extraction. The order arrived within 24hrsand was extremely well packaged. On receipt of my order I had a question about how it fits my ducting as it looked too small so a quick call to the well humoured BES technical department answered my query and allayed my worried. I really appreciated the support and service. Thank you.”

“Quick efficient service at a reasonable price. The only problem was the main item I wanted was not sent (presumably out of stock) and I only found out when the rest of the order was received. With no indication on when to expect it.”

“Ordered a replacement meter cupboard door. I found a quick search on your site provided me with the item I needed with all the data and specifications required. Couldn't have been easier. As was the ordering process and checkout with several payment options provided. I received a notification of receipt of order and there were updates as per each stage of the order fulfillment. Delivery was excellent with a turn around time from order to receipt and tracking provided in less than 36 hours. Excellent customer service.”
