“I live on a Scottish island and local suppliers have a limited stock of plumbing goods at rip-off prices. A lot of my business involves oil and solid fuel work which is something of a niche market. BES are the only outfit I know who stock just about everything I need at good prices with free or cheap delivery. They have never let me down, never delivered short and I have never had any reason to complain. On one occassion a local carrier wrongly delivered a sizeable quantity of tubing to a rival business and the proprietor of that business denied having received the goods.The good people at BES proactively pursued the matter and I got my tubing. A great company!!”

“Very happy with the service received with ordering and delivery of a spare part for my oil boiler. I live on the Isle of Skye and the more than normal response is ‘we don’t deliver there’. No such nonsense with BES. Fast delivery and well packaged item. Thanks”

“I've placed many orders with BES over a number of years and their service has been excellent. Ordering via the website is easy and the goods have always arrived promptly. I can only think of one occasion when there was a small problem, and this was sorted out courteously and quickly.”
