Many thanks for your message. We have tried to call you to advise your package has been delivered to a UPS access point as when delivery was attempted they were unsuccessful to deliver to the designated address. “I have used BES for 15 years, I spend between £100-£1500 per transaction typically. The service is reliable and well priced. However the true test is when things go wrong, being pragmatic, you must expect a problem now and again, BES always puts things right, never argue and are always fair, that is sadly getting to be a rare quality these days. Thank you BES”

“Great service, item not available everywhere. Used to connect shower and basin to 110mm inspection chamber, wanted to keep separate for easy access and also needed to fit non-return valve. Good quality, fast delivery, will be back!”
