“Impressed by the range and the website was easy to use. Unfortunately I placed an order for Saturday delivery at extra cost and it was delivered on Monday. It looks like the courier made an error. Gave BES a call the following Monday and the lady I spoke to said she would fill in a form for a refund of the difference. It is now Friday and I haven't heard anything since Monday - I'm assuming that my refund will appear shortly but we'll see...”

“Goods received fast unfortunately incorrect product supplied. Phoned in 16:45 Friday last week to be told by sales customer service closed ring Monday. Telephone on Thursday at 8:15 to sales to be told customer service would ring me back today as they haven't started work yet. Well it's now 12:15 and no call back........ May be customer service are having a late start today??????? 07940377006 waiting?”
