“Good service from BES, I was buying a like for like replacement product so knew what to expect. Delivery could have perhaps been a bit quicker, but I’m maybe just being picky. I will use BES again for any boiler/plumbing parts I need as they where the best price at the time.”

“Good, quick despatch. Order (for pipe thermometers) did not match advertised details. Order returned (paid for by BES). Refund given but not for carriage. I asked why? Carriage then refunded. Overall quick pleasant service, but advertised specification entirely incorrect. Their Question and Answer referring to these thermometers, given on web site, also incorrect.”
