“My order for some reason was split into two parts, one part arrived with me on time the other part of the order for some reason got sent to Northampton. BES were very apologetic and it all turned up early the next day. Everything was present and correct. I think it was a courier issue and not BES themselves.”

“I recently received a small order from BES, which was required a few days later. I found I had received one elbow that was not as I had ordered, so I wrote to them, via web form. I got a very polite and apologetic phone call from them, and following our chat I had the correct elbow delivered the next day! Wonderful service. All one could hope for. Thank you. Peter.”
