“The item arrived on time. It came with their catalog which I was surprised they supplied such a wide variety of equipment etc. I fitted the valve I ordered from them and it works perfectly earning me oodles of brownie points.”

“First time using BES. Excellent value product compared to other suppliers. Unfortunately the website did not show my order when I logged in, I got no dispatch email, and I thought the package wasn’t going to turn up after a few days. It actually arrived quite quickly but had no name on the address label so ended up at the wrong department in the office. Also received a catalogue even after unticking the checkbox to say that I did not want one.”

“Fast, efficient service. Good product. Would have been 'very good' apart from 3 small things - (1) the signs to the goods in/out area could be clearer (there's only one and it's hidden behind foliage). I suspect many customers, like me, parked in the first car park they came to - and a very helpful lady poked her head out of the office window to give me directions. I suspect it wasn't the first time she'd done this! (2) A warning that the access road is blocked by a barrier and that you need to use the intercom would have been useful. (3) A customer toilet would be good to have - I'd just travelled for 2 hours when I called in (on my way to North Wales).”
