“Unfortunately UPS let you down. They failed to deliver on the day specified and we had to ring them on numerous occasions’, they delivered on the second day at 18.30. We had booked a plumber for the specified day of delivery and had to pay him again to come back on what was basically day three”

“Ordered a part needed urgently for the weekend, paid for Saturday delivery and it didn’t turn up. The tracking said it was on its way and we continued with the program of works. The tracking reset on Monday morning for delivery on the Tuesday. This may have been the Carriers fault however BES chose to use this carrier.”

“Product was good, exactly as ordered. £5 charge for next day delivery not so good, ordered Thursday morning, received Monday afternoon. Probably not your fault but if you can't guarantee next day delivery then don't promise it.”

“delivery charge is ridiculous and way too much for small items. Way too much. Using DPD to deliver a 1/2BSP to 1/4BSP sleeve is just silly. You need to add a Royal mail option for the customer to chose. £1.36 (inv VAT) with RM or 5.95 PLUS VAT from DPD. Nonsensical.”
