Hi. There were parts missing from the cistern. 1. Pin which held ball cock arm. 2.There was no overflow attachment for the overflow pipe. 3.Wrong handle lever arm (lever arm square hole to small for handle to fit into. I am no plumber,but if I did not have the old tank I was replacing I would have not been able to complete the job which would have left me in a fix. Obviously because of this I can only give negative feedback. I did not get in touch with company I just finished the job and left it at that. I would not use company again as it would be to risky to not have all the parts I would order and pay for.
