“First order I did with BES for a couple of years, used to be orders in by 1pm for next day delivery, now it's 7pm, quite a committment to get orders delivered next day like that. So I odered about 6.30pm expecting next day delivery. Got a phone call about 8.30pm from a very nice fella explaining there was a problem with the orders system and any orders put in after 5pm wouldn't be next day but the following day. Was a bit annoyed but had to tell myself I shouldn't rely on a delivery of materials for a job that needs done the next day, lazy planning. Anyway, the fella said he would get it delivered the following day early in the morning, which they did. Have used BES for years, great product rangs for gas guys, good prices and very good service.”

“Great website, great prices and speedy delivery. My only issue was with the product I bought, which although sold as flexible 22mm copper pipe, was hardly flexible. I needed a bending tool to put any sort of radius on it.”

“Online order did not allow a home or business address for delivery but instead insisted on a collection shop/business. My selected pickup was a petrol station near me. The address on the package was to the business at that location, with no mention of my name or address. On receipt they naturally opened it - it was addressed to them! Inside, the delivery slip again made NO mention of my name or address. I find this totally unacceptable - it places the collection business at risk of being accused unfairly of tampering with deliveries, plus puts me to considerable trouble asking them to find a package that isn't even addressed to me. Despite ordering a small fitting, BES included a brochure that weighed about 10x more than the item I ordered - so also requiring a massive package for a tiny 2" long fitting - This was an online order - what possible use would I have for a paper brochure?? What a ridiculous waste of resource.”

Dear Sir, Thank you for your feedback, however, we were very surprised to read it as we have successfully delivered thousands of products globally but predominantly the UK. Of course 'Home Delivery' is an option for our customers. We will investigate but suspect it is human error when you placed your order. Please note we ask customers at the point of order if they require a BES catalogue. Regards, BES
