Although they had the parts next day delivery was a shambles took 3days ! Which then put me behind Then when it came the boxes were ripped and squashed! Luckily nothing damaged

Dear Justin, Thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to read your delivery to Bexhill-on-Sea took 3 days. Whilst we do not 'guarantee' next day delivery our fulfilment rate for next day is extremely high @ 98%. Sadly on this occasion our courier did not meet your expectations for which we can only apologise. However, we are very pleased to hear that your order arrived in full. I can only presume that all the 5 star ratings are from customers new to BES as having been a loyal customer for over 11 years have been totally duped. As always with all my businesses, I have a look at other companies to compare rates and was quoted by my other suppliers more than half the rate quoted by BES. A field agent went into one of my shops and promised the manager that he would honour the prices quoted only to more than double them and as my employee docu-signed. Despite my complaints, BES will not do a thing and urge to look into thier past dealings with small businesses before signing. P.S the reason for 2 stars is that although not the cheapest stayed loyal and never before had an issue.

I ordered a bulk purchase of Brittherm central heating pumps. The picture on website shows RED pumps. But BLACK pumps were supplied. No refund has been offered. I checked with Brittherm and have been advised that their pumps are now BLACK. So its poor communication. Bes website has still not been updated to show BLACK pumps. On the positive side, delivery was quick.

My parcel was delivered to the shop for collection. When I went to get it I was told it hadn’t arrived, even though I had received notification it had. I returned a couple of days later and was told again it hadn’t arrived. After about 20 minutes discussion, the shop keeper found a parcel without a name on it, however BES written on the label. I was able to show them the invoice, which had a corresponding number. After 2 trips and some time I was eventually given my parcel. Please can you make sure you put a name on the label?

Arranged for delivery at a local pickup point for next day delivery. No confirmation that the parcel was ready to be picked up. Had to go in and ask.

Product had clearly been opened and resealed with packing tape. All fittings inside had had the packets opened. Not a new item but sold as one

I've ordered from BES a few times and found the service to be great until now. I called up this morning because my delivery is now a week overdue and the lady on the phone was completely uninterested. I accept it's the courier's fault be she offered no solution or appology

ordered a hot water cylinder on the 11th May 2020, its now the 18th May 2020, still not received my cylinder, contacted B.E.S. on the 14thMay 2020, to be informed that the issue is with Tuffnells, the cylinder had been sent to the wrong depot, but the depot has crashed.

Hi, I bought a two ringed gas hob which is now acceptable. When I opened it the parts and screws all fell out. There was evidence that the hob had been returned by another purchaser before it was delivered to me. Screws were damaged (by being screwed in to hard previously). I managed to fix it with screws I have so I did not need to return it. I have made these comments so that management can improve BES internal quality procedures on checking itmes before they leave the warehouse, I hope it does.

Ordered on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery, the order was accepted. I realised it was Easter, so I checked on your website, only to find that the order would not come until Tuesday! Phoned back within two hours to cancel, but was told they could not and I would have to refuse it on delivery. The goods took until Friday to emerge which was much too late anyway.

At the moment I do not know if my order has been dispatched. I receive a copy of your invoice with a delivery date on it but no confirmation of dispatch. I have taken into account the Easter weekend but all other deliveries have been made on time. I am hoping that I receive my items soon.

Managed to help out with the recent 1 star review in the end with a refund on some of the items so isn't quite as bad but still wasn't overly impressed but at least has been resolved now.

Update to your previous review - further to your earlier correspondence please accept our sincere apologies. We can confirm that a full refund has been issued on the tube damaged in transit. We have also issued a credit for the chrome fittings. We understand you were unhappy with the chrome finish consistency which unfortunately can happen occasionally across a huge product portfolio such that BES keep. These items do not need to be returned. Apologies once again. BES

Was sent chrome fixings that didn't match colour at all looks bad and received bent copper and delivery was slightly late but appreciate the current situation with that, was refunded for the copper and fixings but will have to re order again from somewhere else such as jtm in order to get what I required for the job that I'm doing. Glad got resolved in the end but annoyed got sent it in the first place.

badly let down by ups - good comms from Bes but paid for pre 12 monday arrived 4pm weds pm after several phone calls and promises not fulfilled
