Can’t buy directly from counter, so I had to go online, website slow..I had to register..some how I ended up with extra item it wouldn’t let me take it off. because the site has become even slow.
still can’t buy..because web site crashed just as I was about to pay.
I started over again And did the same long process from the start and it crashed again..
Lady on counter had to call them up..eventually I got the item after about 40mins..
