Door doesn’t fit correctly as for one the sides are thicker than the original door although they are the same make, disappointed.

I have received only part of this order. It is nearly a week now. I spoke to Megan who did her best to track down the long boxes of tube and insulation but she has been given bad information by the delivery company. She was advised that the tube and insulation would be delivered today and it has not arrived. This IN NO WAY reflects on Megan. She did her best and has been given bad advice by you courier. She was very helpful. However this looks bad for your company when you say on the order process that I am to get free next day delivery and a week later my solar system is still in pieces waiting for items to arrive. I am really cheesed off and now wish that I'd gone to Screwfix. Please give your courier a good stuffing and get my delivery here soonest.

Quick service BUT poor product quality. I bought several different end feed fittings- they are all larger than the size specified. They fit very loose on the pipes / fittings, leaving a large gap between them and therefore consume large amounts of solder!!! Have bought various end feed fittings from other companies but never had this issue before.

I have a note on my site which says to leave round back of house. UPS came when I was not in and I had to travel 3 miles to retrieve my parcel I am not impressed

First, the positive. The product arrived quickly and works well. However I asked them to deliver to a self storage company. It arrived without any identifier on the outside so they had to open it and call the number on the delivery note to find who it was for. When I complained to customer services the lady I spoke to did not accept that this is a problem. She said I should put my name in the comments box on the order. All very well after the event but not really a fix.

Ordered some fittings friday 15th and still not received. I had to call BES to see where they were the following friday and was told they are at the couriers and will be delivered monday so we will see but not impressed by the lack of communication

Impressed by the range and the website was easy to use. Unfortunately I placed an order for Saturday delivery at extra cost and it was delivered on Monday. It looks like the courier made an error. Gave BES a call the following Monday and the lady I spoke to said she would fill in a form for a refund of the difference. It is now Friday and I haven't heard anything since Monday - I'm assuming that my refund will appear shortly but we'll see...

Goods received fast unfortunately incorrect product supplied. Phoned in 16:45 Friday last week to be told by sales customer service closed ring Monday. Telephone on Thursday at 8:15 to sales to be told customer service would ring me back today as they haven't started work yet. Well it's now 12:15 and no call back........ May be customer service are having a late start today??????? 07940377006 waiting?

Gas identification tape on back order! Screwfix have it in stock why cant BES manage that? BES very happy to charge me for it but I am still waiting for the product (2 weeks). Not exactly an obscure item.

Found the website awkward to use and to order items. Delivery is very expensive and I still had to make a journey to collect the package from the nearest drop off point! Not very impressed!

Hello, I have no problem about the product - it simple enough for not expecting so. But I am not happy with your delivery services; in placing the order a special query-box asked for instruction/information should no-one be present to accept the delivery. I stipulated clearly to leave the parcel in a safe-place by the front door - but no - the delivery driver could not be bothered! A re-delivery was then organised and again while no-one was present (just for 30min) the delivery was attempted but the instruction given for leaving the parcel were not respected; it was finally at the third attempt that I received the parcel. The point is; what was the point of specifically asking for instruction and then completely ignoring them. I hope in the future we will not need to go to the same process.

Many thanks for your message. Apologies that it took 3 attempts for you to receive your goods. Unfortunately whilst you are able to leave instructions for the delivery it is at the drivers discretion if they think it is safe for them to leave the goods. UPS one of our couriers do have the facility to have goods dropped off at a local collection point - as long as they are not long items, maybe this would be useful on your next order. The finish of the door is a little rough. It wouldn’t close and lock properly until it had been trimmed up and adjusted.

My two last transactions TBH didn’t end well, I paid for a 12noin delivery it came after,my 2nd order was for Saturday it didn’t come at all, and they tried delivering it on Monday without clearing it with us weather someone would be in. So it was later dumped at an access point for us to collect. Not the best service. I don’t know who to blame Delivery service or BES but I’m doing business with BES and you offer a service that you can’t afford to meet.

I placed order on understanding of the promised next day delivery. Only 1 item arrived from the 5 ordered the next day. The remaining 4 items arrived 2 days after the order was placed. Not good enough if the parts were needed in an emergency or would completely hold a job up.

Easy to use website. Good prices. Unfortunately delivery was a let down. Due Monday....didn't arrive.....phoned BES customer service....will be delivered Tuesday.......not arrived by 1500hrs Tuesday....phoned again.....told delivered to collection point!!! I drove to collection point and collected item myself.

bought a gas bayonet blank from them, but it didn't fit, there was nothing on its web site to say what size fitting it was for,apparently there are two sizes, would have cost more to send it back than I paid for it, so cash wasted.

Products good, prices good, delivery poor, should have got next working day delivery, but didn’t get delivered until following day, which held things up, also had a query about part missing, was promised this would be looked into, and missing part sent out, next day, still no sign of it.
